[PC and Xbox] Skyrim freezing near Mixwater mill

Hello! I have been experiencing an annoying bug that is preventing me from completing several quests. Everytime I go near Mixwater mill, in the Eastmarch hold my Xbox 360 will freeze, forcing me to manually turn it off. I have tried several things to prevent this, mainly clearing the cache and deleting old game saves, however this still persists. I would also like to add that I have every single DLC (Dawngaurd, Hearthfire and Dragonborn). I believe I noticed this before I bought Dragonborn though. I copied the game save from Xbox 360 to my PC so I could see if this bug is cross platform, and when I started to get close to Mixwater mill, the game closed immediately. I thought by enabling the logs I could get a little bit for information, so I ran it with the debug log enabled. I got the same exact result, and my Logs folder is empty. As a programmer, I am well aware that bugs like this are hard to pinpoint without replicating the exact conditions that are present in my game, and I am not excepting any sort of magic fix since this bug does not appear to be widespread, however I would like to share this with the developers if they have the time to read this. Also if anyone has had similar issues and found a fix please share it with me. Thank you!

Edit: I was able to get the logs, this issues appears to be related to a dawn guard script.

When the game freezes consistently when approaching a cell or FT to a cell, it is usually related to a script that is not firing correctly or hanging up.

Try the easy thing first. Wait first for 73 hours, then see if it freezes, if so, then wait 31 days. Do this wait in another cell, and this is to clear any scripts that are trying to act on that cell.

If there is a quest related to this place and it has another activity to do, like you have to fetch two items, get the other item, then try to go back to this one.

Thanks for the help, but waiting 31 days did no appear to help. I however was able to pull some logs.
