any way to buy the minor DLC speratly? : IV

I just bought GOTY edition and figured I could just go and buy the minor DLC later but steam doesn't have the minor DLC just GOTY and GOTY Delux edition! Do I have to go buy the delux edition ( another 24 bucks ) just to get the cheap minor DLC?

You can get most of them on the Knights of the Nine CD but it is hard to find and it doesn't come with Battlehorn Castle. The only way to get that one is the steam deluxe edition for PC or on Xbox live for Xbox 360.
