Why I haven't I used you sooner? Rebound is awesome! I always used Jet as my AP boost, but Rebound kicks butt. I think i fired 4 or 5 VATS shots in a couple seconds with the unique Gauss Rifle, before running out of AP. Normally I can't fire two shots in VATS with this gun. But i was able to fire one in vats, then go back into vats with a second or two. Allowed me to keep firing. Saved my bacon in Vault 11! I'll be stocking up on all the rebound I crome across for now on. Woo!!!
