I find it little ridiculous that you can go around chopping up hundreds of NPC's and bashing your sword into heavy armor, yet it never needs sharpening, never breaks, and always is in tip top shape. Is there a mod out there that requires you took upkeep your equipment or face the possibility it could break or become damaged beyond repair. Bowstrings that break and need replacing? Pay to have your equipment fixed by a blacksmith if you don't have enough skill(perhaps have the amount of damage you can repair based on your smithing skill?)...something that was in oblivion that is sorely missed in Skyrim...

Does a mod like this already exist or is one in the works?
