Something I've often wondered about but never thought to ask before now.... You see Col. Autumn hit the floor when James sabotages Project Purity. It appears that everyone in the chamber dies, including the enclave guard in power amor mark II standing nearby.

Yet magically, later on in the game Autumn appears, alive and well. How is this possible?

Or are we the player left to assume that OTHER Enclavers, possibly in radiation sutes, got in there in time and got him out? I find this very hard to swallow considering everyone in there seemed to die fairly quickly, and Autumn didn't appear to be wearing anything especially protective against high radiation.

Thoughts?

Watch Autumn closely as his "fall" animation plays. Before he hits the ground, he injects himself with what looks like some sort of advanced Rad-X. Which is how he survived.

A better question is how the Enclave power-armored troopers (with filtration systems and advanced radiation protection) somehow died.
