Which ncr quest marches on their canyon.. Could I let the ncr wipe them out but defend them and kill the ncr?

you could lay waste to the entire Fort if you want to have some fun. Just do any quests you need access to the fort and/or Caesar to complete, and don't do return to sender before this.

Spoiler

If you kill Caesar before you complete return to sender you can get chief Hanlon to stop sabotaging NCR operations, but also not kill himself and instead keep doing his job, but the right way. Killing Caesar gives him hope and changes his mind.

I hear the fort isn't as insane of a conquest as you might think. Also make sure to look over the challenges to see if there are any you want to complete that involve killing Caesar.

Download warzones. It has everything ur wanting. Skirmishes between ncr and legion, boomer and fiends, vipers vs jackals, ncr vs fiends, etc etc etc
