You didn't actually beat Miraak, Mora did. The Last Dragonborn probably would have beaten him, though.

I'd probably say Tiber Septim is #1 because he was great enough to become a god. The Actual Player, as in you, me, or anyone else playing Skyrim is #2, because we were great enough to defeat the '1st' DB, and then Miraak is #3. Mora might have Officially defeated, but you had to wound him to the point where he should have died 3 times before Mora stepped in. Beat him 3 times, technically.
