Revyn Sadri is not giving his quest to return the ring to Viola Giordano. Both of them are alive and I have been able to get this quest on all of my other files. Does anybody know what could be causing this?

I don't can find anything that hints don't starting the quest normally...

Have you tried reloading a previous save ???

You probably have a misc quests interfering with it. Clear out your misc log.

All my previous saves for this character have this glitch. As for the clearing out my misc. quests, the only ones I have are talking to aventus, brynjolf, joining the civil war, and speaking to the jarl of riften, which seem unlikely to be causing this.

By that I meant completing those misc quests. Sometimes if you have a misc quest, it will be a certain kind so you can't get another similar until you finish it.

Example, you need to find a book for Lami the Alchemist. You can't do a similar book fetching if you haven't completed that one.

(SetStage - Used to set the quest stage (Useful for bugged quests) use command ShowQuestTargets for quest IDs and player.sqs to show how many stages are there.)

Um, no. I'm also on PS3 and I've had to do this to be able to get another quest.
