And another question: is it possible to make new login without buying new copy of the game? In F2P TrackmaniaNF it was frequent that skilled players were making new logins for the new start of career and more challenges.

No. Their epaulettes are these before first suit reboot. There's evident difference between epaulettes before and after 1st SU and I wouldn't be mistaken about it.
