My game is crashing when i try to join any server in crysis 3 i have tried to restart the game , restarted the PC as well .... but the same problem is occuring !!!!

my system specs are
gtx 690 with a latest driver (320.49)
RAM 32 GB
i7 3930k 3rd gen.

any suggestion guyz??
