I really wish skyrim was more like fallout when it comes to dialog choices and how it can really affect your game.

I hope for the next ES game they give us better choices it seems most times besides the persuade and intimidate ones, nothing really changes regardless of what dialog option we choice where as in fall out it can drastically effect the game.

"More like Fallout" is not the correct way of describing it.

I am incline to agree with the wicked one here. I know what you are saying, OP and I too would love for TES dialog to actually branch and create diverse quest endings and consequence. But to suggest that in terms of being like Fall Out is not a good way of putting it at all.

It would be nice, but at the moment I'm hoping Fallout becomes less like TES.

*A great response to the thread title would be: "Then just let Alduin win. It'll definitely look like a post-apocalyptic wasteland then."

I await someone remarking how the arctic tundra that Skyrim is already resembles a post-apocalyptic wasteland...

*This is without taking the actual dialogue options point the OP is making into account.

Oh, I understand my good man. It's just that the wording of the title sets a little sharp across the chin within this forum. I think they should be completely separate entities, but that shouldn't be looked at as a specific similarity. Branching dialog should reflect as the core staple of every RPG and not just FO.

if tes games where combined with fallout universe, wouldn't some players be trying to find an atomic bomb to detonate just like what was in fallout 3??

Bingo.

But TES could learn a lot from Fallout.

Yeah I tried to edit the title but couldnt. Maybe the title should have been i wish skyrim had branching dialog like in FO and games like masseffect.

That would definitely be a lot better. Hit the 'report" button and ask a moderator to change the title for you.
