daedric armor rating problem : V

When i try to make a full set of daedric armor its armor rating maxes out at 199. I have the warrior stone active and i used fortify smiting 30% potion while improving. Someone please tell me what is wrong.

You are either level 10 or don't have the perks that increase armor rating.

Better looking armor than Daedric you know.

I forgot to mention that i do have 100 smithing. Also what perks would increase it? and i am a level 40.

What is

a) Your Smithing skill

Your Heavy Armor skill

c) Your set of perks for each of the above

Also, the max Smithing potion you can make is around 130%, so there's immediately room for improvement there...

- Daedric Smithing perk

- Heavy Armor skill

- Juggernaut

- Fortify Heavy Armor enchants

- Alchemy skill & perks for increasing the strength of your Smithing potions

You definitely don't need all of them maxed to reach the armor cap with Daedric armor.
