C3 uses your origin account to login, you should have no problems.

In C2 it is always possible to start from scratch by creating a new SP/MP profile and creating a new C2 account (from within game) using a new email address.

I'm guessing this feature was removed for the infrastructure of the new anti-cheat system?

Crysis 2 allowed you just input a MP serial and login with as many accounts as you would like. Crysis 3, the serial is linked to origin, so only one account can use it.
