I was hoping somebody could help me out.

PROBLEM
I bought the New Vegas (Ultimate Edition) yesterday and after installing the game I started playing. At first there was no problem at all but from nowhere it appeared. I wear headphones and suddenly a high pitched buzzing sound appears from nowhere and it just increases and then goes away. This keeps happening every 30-60 second. I haven't been able to find a solution, is this a known issue.
