Ingame Objects best practice

Howdy guys ...get your input on this, objects in game, primarily markers, triggers etc, items used to direct the flow.

Once a MOD is loaded, its objects are in the users game: should a Modder initialy have objects disabled until needed ?

Would this effect the engines ability "see ahead" and compile accordingly ?

I am thinking about a players "game saves", objects NOT enabled wouldnt make it into a players save would it ?
