Any good?

Crysis 3 was the first I played in the series. I enjoyed it and I like playing the multiplayer (robrob77) but I admit I had to wiki the game a bit to understand the storyline. It wasn't too hard to follow, but I obviously didn't get the references to previous events.

But along came the steam sale and I snapped up crysis 1, warhead, and crysis 2... so will be trying crysis 1 out later.

Anyone else done a similar thing? Or have you all played 1 and 2 previously?

Just to let you know that Crysis 1 and Warhead are...fundamentally different than Crysis 2 OR 3. The graphics are different and the suit behaves differently.

Cool. Yeah I'd seen that sprinting uses energy, so more stuff like that I imagine?

Not just, the mechanics are also different. As in, you can only use one suit mode at all times. Be it sprinting, armor mode, stealth or maximum strength. While there are shortcuts, you will probably use the mouse wheel for toggling between suit powers.
