The kill cam has made me rage quit more times than I can count. I think of the times my character has almost killed a dragon and taken no damage (or very little) from dodging and suddenly there's a kill cam with me dieing, not because I lost all my health, but because this dragon "thought" about doing a kill cam move.

Potions are an easy fix - have them heal over time and not have their effects stack with the better ones healing faster.
