If in a cell you scatter some idle markers around and you want your npcs to sandbox in that area but you want certain idle markers to only be used by specific npcs is this possible? Say you have an inn with a servant and customers and you want only the servant to sweep and cook and only the customers to sit and eat.

In one of the tabs in the ref window, there's a section for owner. You can set NPC's and factions.
