I want to get psycho kills, who can me give tips?

If you can get a Maximum Nanosuit then you should be able to get a Psycho just by rushing enemies. Also try using Armour Transfer and Weapon Pro, these modules allow you to jump back into combat faster so you don't lose time waiting on your armour energy recharging or your weapon reloading.

Btw if I have 4 kills with Orbital strike and I kill so fast as possible a enemy with a normal gun, do I have a psycho kill?

Try this 5 steps:

1) Equip C4
2) Join a crash site mode server
3) Put the C4 near the crash site
4) Let the enemy take the crash site
5) Detonate it

While doing this dont forget to make this face ->
