Driving myself mad trying to get this to work. It's my first go at working with quests and dialogue and would love if someone could assist me here.

I have an Inn and I want to be able to sell a room in the Inn in the same fashion a player buys a house from the Jarl steward minus the quests.

I don't want to edit the existing HousePurchase quest/script and im not sure if duplicating it is a wise choice either so I would like to do it from scratch (if I don't have to then that's great). I would be very grateful if someone could show me how to do this or link me to a proper tutorial. I did look google over very thoroughly with no luck. Most videos showing how to add new objects to a premade home.
