Hi guys, I want to play around with modding again every now and then. As I've always been a modder only and never really played the game besides from testing my mods, I have no clue what to install to make the game look as good as in the screenshots I see around here. I've installed MGE sofar and downloading MGSO 3.0 right now. I'm not the guy who has the patience to install like 100 single mods and spend 3 weeks on tweaking, so is there any all-in-one package available, which contains the most common texture and mesh replacers, like Vurt's flora, Swiveller's soils and all that good stuff?

Erm, kinda got stuck on configuring MGSO. I'm at the point where I'm asked zo launch MW launcher. It opens, cursor opens options panel with migh screen res settings and then freezes for several minutes, with me not being able to move the cursor. Is it supposed to do that???
