Ever since I've started playing Oblivion on my new computer, I've started hearing some of the rare or unused lines of dialogue. From the start, I've gotten the "Marble jaws of Oblivion" variation in the Emporer's speech. After that, while walking on the Imperial bridge on Lake Rumar, I came upon Romana Faleria. When I inquired about the Imperial city, she replied, "The Watch is so completely on my ass. So I got to lay low for a while. I got some dosh stashed, so I'm fine for now."

That line was apparently never supposed to be heard in-game, though there are a rare few who have also heard it.

Has anyone else heard anything similar?

Edit: I was able to capture her dialogue line while talking to her, but she was not able to speak. The first time I heard her, but I was not recording. That included all other topics, and when I chose the disposition button the entire HUD disappeared. I'm not sure if it is a mod conflicting or just because the line is so glitchy. I have a video of it, but without her talking it's a bit useless.

At that point, I had to close Oblivion because I could click anything. When I reloaded the save I used, fast-traveled to the Chestnut Handy Stables, and ran to the bridge, she was no longer there.
