Just spit ballin here fursur but is it possible to add the packaged files to mca to have the random npcs wear some of the new armors, and could it be done with starfires npcs too..? Also just as an idea since recently people have been toying with flip controllers is it possible to make it so mca npcs don't wear masks or wigs anymore but instead get randomized through a flip controller script..?? I also may be looking to do my own nom-ified version of the TR maps with sellers pf drinks and foodstuffs, are there any resources available for new foodtypes..??

Have a look for some of these mods, most are for MCA 4.* I think but the idea's the same:
MCA Adventurer Clothing Addon [Marbred]
MCA Chainmail Addon [Marbred]
MCA Corinthian Helms and Arsenal Addon [Marbred]
MCA CM Armory Addon [Marbred]
MCA Dragonbone Addon [Marbred]
As far as I know it's a case of defining the items and adding them to the right levelled lists (if you don't define the items in your mod then someone using it will need the original quorn resource plugin too)

Not 100% sure how mca exactly works, but I assume there is a percentage you can set for each spaw as far as what they will be wearing, and also a race list I would assume too, correct..??

It's a while since I looked at Merbred's plugins but from what I remember he edited existing MCA levelled item lists. When an NPC is spawned by MCA its pauldrons, helmet, cuirass etc. are pulled from those levelled lists.
