I just bought the Crysis maximum edition and started playing Crysis 1, I have an ATI 7870 hd 2gb graphics card and a quadcore processor (2,83 GHz). I put everything on the highest settings (1920x1080) and I keep getting these strange graphics bugs on my screen. When I look around or move quickly my screen breaks up. Certain parts of my screen become disjointed with others, resulting in some very awkward gameplay.

Is there anything I can do about this? Am I going to have to put the settings down or does the problem stem from something else?
