I don't see why horses aren't probable, if creatures like Brahmin and mole rats survived, there's no reason creatures like horses wouldn't have survived and mutated.
Yep like I said in the beginning if you don't like the idea of horses in the FO world I wish you would have just said so
as it would of saved us a lot of time.
I still believe horses would make a great addition to the FO world and could be easily written in.
I again agree to disagree.
I have read all of your posts a few times witch is why I find it extremely hard to believe you truly like the idea
of riding a horse within the FO world it would seem to me that if it was something you would enjoy doing you
would make more of an effort as to how thay might be written in some how rather than go out of your way to
dissolve how thay might be written in.
Again if riding a horse within the FO world is something you would enjoy I would love to here how you would
write horses in you seem to be a creative person and Im willing to bet that if it's something you truly
would enjoy you should have no problem coming up with a plausible solution as to how thay might
exist or come to exist.
If not cloned or in a vault maybe some exist in canada or maybe thay exist in some far corner of the world yet to be explored
perhaps horses maid their way inside a huge cave system somehow and are living off funges.
Your for horses or your not.
Middle ground for transportation seems to be a hot topic at the moment so we may as well
vote on it. Fast travel and walking are what we have in FO3 and NV should we have more?
Should FO4 add some form of middle ground for transportation? If not why? If so why?
Keep in mind this is a poll not a vs thread all opinions are welcome so long as thay remain
on point and are respectful of others.
It really depends. I can't say one way or the other unless I know more about the game.
Animals and motorized vehicles, but only for hired fast travel purposes (no other fast travel).
It's not black and white, it's not either I have to support horses 100% or I have to stand against them at all cost.
My view on the matter is grey.
I say no unless they make the map SUPER huge like skyrim size but I'd prefer a sprint button that ties in with endurance (how long you can run) and agility (how fast)
I can respect that.
I have enjoyed reading your posts regarding this topic and like I expressed before thay were well written and had good points
also it's obvious to me that your a creative person witch is why I can't help but to be saddened a little bit as to why you haven't
written a plausible explanation as to how horses may exist or be made to exist within the FO world as IMO you world have come
up with something great however if it's a bit of a grey issue for you I can understand how that would make it much more difficult
a task witch I can respect.
You could drive a car in F2, hope we can do the same in Fallout 4.
Maby hard to think it might work, but that's the game developers challange
I'd ride a trained deathclaw around. Other than that, I really liked how there were no vehicles in F3, or FNV. If there were any kinds of vehicles in game, they'd have to be destroyable by the enemies... which would screw up the whole reason you had a vehicle really.
But yeah, Battlefield Earth... 2,000 years into the future, and you can just hop into a jet and fly around. You don't even need to oil them, they're all ready to go. This fact was the stupidest part of that entirely dumb movie. No, I like how the Fallout world is quiet, fairly peaceful, and extremely minimalistic in the way of working machines. I don't dream of a world where mankind nearly wiped itself out, but there are still motorcycles driving by that make it hard to sleep at night. Ya might as well let the people keep their cell phones then.
Just give me sprinting, and I'll be happy.
