I upgraded my Nanosuit and then minutes later I died (fell through the floor of all things) but when I came back the ability I had unlocked had relocked. It's OK if the upgrade packs get reset but they didn't and yet I still had the Air-Stomp ability.

Will I never be able to get the darn achievement now because the upgrade packs are missing? Is there a fix maybe?
