Had a problem with getting stuck on the " checking for downloads" thing and I fixed it. I had deleted the dlc's including GR arsenal and Couriers stash. And i installed Couriers stash, but once I have loaded my game, the notification of all the packs won't show up. I don't understand. And I have deleted and installed the dlc too.
