Recently I've been playing Skyrim again and have gotten a character to the 40s, done most things and its been fun! Skyrim is a great game

And I've just bought Oblivion GOTY (First time since last year) and all the minor DLCs which I've never had access to, and remembered why its my favourite game of all time, and I only play vanilla, god knows how good this is modded!

It just feels like such a more complete game than Skyrim, the character creation, the class engine, the story, the guilds.. everything! The NPCs actually feel like people (the voice
may seem repetitve along with glitchy conversations) but I find that entertaining, the fact that its more light hearted yet more in depth is great.

My favourite game ever.

It is my opinion that all of the games have their good points and their bad points. These "this game is better than that game" threads do little more than divide the community and cause hard feelings.

My two cents.

Yeah.. I really like the game but I'd have to disagree with every point you made besides the guilds.

I love Skyrim its a ton of fun but it doesn't exactly feel like an RPG.

It's just different from the ones you've played. Not sure when "role playing game" became so defined by things like classes.. but the popular definition has become very stiff and rigid.
