Hello,

I'm having problems with a VATS glitch. I downloaded New Vegas via Steam a few days ago. Whenever I try and enter VATS (by pressing the "V" button), It begins rapidly flashing between 1st and 3rd person, but never actually enters VATS. From then on, many of my buttons are unusable, for instance: I cannot press "E", "Tab" for pip-boy... I can still walk, sneak, fire, etc. But the only way to get back to normal is to re-load the game.

I have made 3 new characters, and all of them have this problem. Since installing the game, I have yet to successfully enter VATS.

I made a short video so that anyone who wants to can see the problem. But this site won't let me link it. If anyone can enlighten me as to how to link the video, I would love to know. And of course, if anyone has a solution to the problem, I would love to hear it.
