Alright then... I can't find mods. i tried google, and i am not really sure what the heck some people are talking about in other threads (but i get the general idea, and have taken a look at one or two.) But i wanna know if there are mods that can make my time playing the game better

Ok, so, firs tthing is first: I do need help with compatability and shniz, so let me just elaborate. I will be buying Fallout NV off of STEAM, and probably will be running stea, whilst i play NV (as i found if the case with TF2 and such) So, can mods work with Fallout NV with Steam running?

Secondly, what will i ned if i want to actually GET and USE mods? just in case i have trouble with that part of the process and do not know.

Now, let's go with the actual needs i want in the game that mods will give me.

i seen a mod that looked good for guns and gameplay where the aiming is fixed )YES) wher eif you aim down the sights, you ACUTALLY HIT WHAT YOUR LOOKIN AT!... but, i don't know if it was any good. if you've tried it, and it works, tell me what it is and wher ei can find it, for a mod that does just that, gives you the accuracy that was promised with down the sights aiming.

Also, i kep hearing how the radio on the pip boy is so limited... any mods that you might suggest that could make it more interesting? i always liked Three Dog comin in on my pipboy in FO3 XD always so fun and charismatic.

And also, if it ain't too much trouble, how do i know good mods that are actually workable and something tha ti know that if i download it won't mess up my computer or game?
