Dragons suffer so much inflation in this game that I don't even start the MQ anymore unless when I'm going to sprint it through to get it over with.

I also made the mistake of installing Deadly Dragons mod while using SkyRE, which makes dragons Nintendo hard to beat. Never lands, spams fire storm until you're dead.

1 dragons used to fly backwards an once in a millennium may do so again until you reload.

2 if dragons are so annoying then stay the hell away from them or simply don't start the quest Dragon rising.

3 where the hell are all these dragons your talking about cause only dragons I see are those at the word walls. How I miss random attacks.

4 quit whining the games about stopping dragons don't like it don't play it.

I see dragons as being like Oblivion gates, but worse because they follow you around and they respawn.

Deadly dragons sweet mod if your an high level but a pain in the rear for a low level an 3 attack you at once.

Which is why I changed the settings in the mcm an made them land more then usual.

I never understood why anyone would be annoyed with cliffracers when one relatively low level spell, scroll or enchanted arrow could take out a whole flock of them.

Thankfully, cliff racers were limited to the center of Vvardenfell. And that shrieking...

Also, the video posted in this thread is doctored. Cliff racers were a problem, but it's hard to imagine more than 10 chasing you at a time.

I remember darting into dungeons just to escape them an those little gits still been outside waiting for me, Which is why I hated doing missions in the middle of Morrowind an would stick to the coast where I had only the netch an dreugr or whatever their were called to deal with.

The netch didn't attack you (unless diseased), and dreughr were limited to the water.

I find that Dragons can be rather challenging. After all this time, I still have some epic battles at early levels. Also, it takes some time for Dragons to start to get noticeably more powerful, but eventually they do start to catch up with you.

As for the frequency, it does grow and peak during the Main Quest, I have found that simply initiating their reappearance and then postponing High Hrothgar whilst I do other things works well. Then, commit to the MQ, during which the intensity of the attacks complements the experience.

For me it just made them annoying. I'm all in for challenge but it just makes them tedious. It can't really be because of SkyRE since SkyRE dragons are just as weak as they are in vanilla.
