Today I seen Talgar the Wanderer in the Sleeping Giant Inn.
Since when did he go in inns?

I've seen him there before, but only once. I've never seen him at any of the other inns though, just the sleeping giant

Since always? I've seen him in different inns since I started playing this game on PS3 a year and a half ago. Not often, and it's been quite a while now, but it happens.

Since you get out of Helgen... Hate that guy. He and Maiq, pop out everywhere. Sometimes he attacks me. One of these days i'm not going to have magicka for that pacify spell.

I've seen Talsgar the Wanderer in inn's along on another occasion the farmer couple who's home was destroyed by Alduin at Helgen in an inn too.

They just have to be on their way to town for them to appear inside of those inns.
