» Tue Jul 30, 2013 4:49 am 1) Server Banning - Yeah, this is one big issue, I am banned on 4 different DDD armageddon servers without a reason, admin was offending players without a single reason and I get a ban for saying "QQ, stop biching and play", another example my clanmate, he is a very good player, he always gets a K/D of 10+ with ANY weapon he is wearing, but obviously a score of 75 kills 2 deaths gets him banned. He is now banned on almost every server and he had to quit the game, because either of those reasons: He is banned everywhere or there is no other server to play. So he uninstalled the game and said unless he is unbanned he is never installing it again, his friends did the same because of him, so did friends of his friends and voila you have 20 people who left because 1 banned guy. I recommend to crytek to completely REMOVE the ability of servers to ban people and unban the banned ones (Except for origin banned cheaters). - Please do not tell us its impossible, I know it is I am a developer.
2) Rhino - This weapon, it is impossible to play against, I mean lol ... The damage and fire rate is insane on this weapon, id say its the Alpha with damage of Masrhal and wearing this weapon will get you either - Server banned, Votekicked or you will be called the bighest noob the players have ever seen. Players are getting rapped with the most overpowered crap and then the guy who is wearing it gets kicked - then both sides RQ, nice. I always wanted to buy the DLC, but whats the point ? Play on 1 DLC server which aint dead with 1 additional weapon because there is no server where you can play with rhino ? You should nerf either the damage or fire rate of this weapon slightly.
3) Scar - Laser - You did a nice job nerfing this weapon, but you took the wrong direction :/, you were supposed to fix the laser, but you nerfed the recoil so now the weapon is nearly impossible to shot without either being perked as hell or without the laser, you forced the players to use the lasers and i can tell you, i cannot see any difference with the laser since last nerf, so you nerfed the players who werent using laser and them using it. My K-Volt which im mostly using has smaller recoil than the Scar and that is really funny
4) Respawning - I think it was a few weeks ago, I got 6 death-streak after joining the server because i wasnt even able to move and I was dead, I mean I spawned into enemy fire 6 times in a row and trust me this can make people RQ.
5) Multi Servers - This is not a complainant, more of a suggestion, create a possibility for servers to accept PS3, Xbox 360 and PC players - I know it might be unfair, but why would people join if they didn't like the idea ?
6) More Classes - I didn't hear this suggestion a lot here, but I and a lot of players are complaining about this, we can have only 5 custom classes, id recommend to get at least 10, but id really love to go for 20, or at least unlock 2 new custom classes for each suit reboot ? This would be atleast some reward for the people who are actually rebooting. It is really annoying, i have Scarab, Marshal, K-Volt, Grendel and Takedown in 5 classes but each time I have to DC to play different weapon. Adding new classes would greatly help us the players
This topic isnt meant to be rude against developers, I'm a developer and I also balance stuff, I know its hard as hell - people dont realize this unless they do it, but Crytek has still a multilayer support support which you cannot get anywhere else
Thank you Crytek for the amazing game, but you shouldn't be only fixing the bugs, but you should be also fixing the reasons why people are leaving
And Id like to see at least points 1, 2, 6 implemented
