So im on the quest "Oh My Papa2 and need to find the evidence for Regis But the game freezes on the loading screen when i try to go there.

I had the same problem where it would constantly freeze whenever I try and do something there. It seems that one of the bugs with the software is the game can't handle it's own goings on sometimes. Areas with a lot of things happening at once seem to screw stuff up a bit. If it freezes more than five times in a row then I'm fairly certain it won't work. Perhaps a previous save and a different tactic may help you get to the same end.
