CK reverts dialogue topics to English randomly

I spent some months building Touring Carriages. It has come to my attention that -- despite my intent -- non-English users are seeing a mixture of languages. In some cases, despite the fact that I used only official vanilla dialogue text and voice, the CK sometimes changed the internal pointers. Even though I didn't touch those entries directly myself.

Based on the screen shots sent me, it appears that the CK will sometimes change the language strings after changed condition sub-records, but not always. Some <> voice resources kept the original language, in others it reverted to English. (I'm sure I used exactly the same CK copy/duplicate menu items in every case.)

Since I cannot even see these internal pointer changes, it's hard to know how this happens. But I'm furious!
