Hello guys long time no see! If some one would be so kind to answer me a question or two it would be great!

-Question is about perk tree-

I have already invested 3 points into light armor, but I have decied to pick up Heavy armor instead hence my survival aint that great at Legendary as I thought it would be. Now my questions is if I already invested 3 points into light armor can I invest rest of the points into heavy armor, am I gonna get benefits of investing into heavy armor aswel? And same goes for one handed and two handed perks?

Forgive my bad english it's not native language.

Your english is just fine. Whats your current level? Whats your current level of one handed and light armor? If its relatively low it should be an easy transition. The higher your level, the more difficult it could be.

I'm level 30 almost 31.

Light armor level is 60 with perks invested into 2/5 agile defender, 1/1 custom fit and 1/1 unhindered.

Won't change one hander to two hander since I kinda need shield in my off hand :3! But what would you suggest, mace spec or sword spec? As dragon fights can be a bit longer I even thought of going axe for bleed damage?

One-Handed or Two-Handed depends on your playstyle, pick whatever is comfortable for you. If you're worried about perks, there are two ways to transfer your Light Armor Perks to Heavy Armor. But if you choose not to, you'll still receive benefit from putting perks into Heavy Armor.

Do you mean resetting it with console? Won't that disable achivement gain?

No, there are two other ways. But both are hard. Since you're still low level I would recommend just starting Heavy Armor now, it'll be better in the long run.

Well, if you get your Light Armor to 100, you can reset back to 15, which will give you back your perks. Other, if you have Dragonborn Dlc, after you beat it you can reset your perks for Light Armor.

Yeah, that's what I do most of the time. Those are your two options, but like I said, since you're not high-level, making a switch between light armor and heavy armor shouldn't be too hard. And you can get your perks back later. :)

Have you done any smithing at all? If you improve your light armor enough via smithing you may not even need to switch over to heavy(as they both can cap out pretty easily)

Don't invest into weapon specialization perks at all, they're not worth it (I'm talking about Bladesman, Bone Breaker and Hack and Slash).

You'll be okay if you switch to heavy armor, but Bdawktwenty has a point: the only thing that matters is your armor rating and you can max it out even in light armor. It may be a good idea to stick to light armor and level up smithing. As an additional bonus, it will also help you craft stronger weapons.

I decied to start a new character, I mean it's only level 30 it should go rather fast.

Got any tips for a melee based character that is going for legendary playtrough since level 1?

Any pathing I should take and some easy quests and stuff? On my last melee character I couldn't kill that spider for golden claw let alone that guardian draugh :3...

Make sure you are leveling up health every level up. You will probably want to avoid most dragon encounters and bandit chiefs with 2h weapons until later on in the game. The reason for this is that they can kill cam you near 100% health when you are at lower levels/lower armor. No amount of skill can make up for this, so don't even bother. My own personal path is to learn the upgraded unrelenting force, then go through a couple dwemer ruins for money/smithing mats. Once I could make orcish armor, I noticed my character started to get quite a bit stronger to the point where dragons were doable. I'm playing DiD as well, which you may want to consider depending how comfortable you are with the game

Dragons will be a pain. I would avoid the MQ until you're a high level. So ignore Dragon Rising, don't do it.

?????? This hating on dragon slaying is strange. I've been killing normal dragons with a two hand, heavy armor warrior on adept with little difficulty. As a Nord with no fire resistance normal dragons do very little damage if you use a zig-zag approach and I usually soften them up with a bow first, heck I normally kill them with just a bow. Currently level 15.

Without magic resistance on legendary, Mirmulnir will 1 shot you with a full breath attack if you are level 15 or below. Obviously you can let the guards do most of the work, but you don't want to be taking too many hits in melee at this level either, even with heavy armor. You won't be killing dragons all that quickly either, until you have elite weaponry, so timing bashes and dodging melee attacks will be key

For those who have a death wish on legendary, yes I see your point. have fun with that.

Edit: I play for the fun and not for character munching enjoyment. I suppose when I get tired of the game and want to go out in a blaze of glory I'll try the higher difficulty levels so that I can get aggravated with the game and quit playing.

Relax. Everyone enjoyes different things and what you call a death wish is where someone else's fun begins. Whatever works for you.
