I've noticed that Bethesda seemed to have fixed a glitch during this one quest in Windhelm. ("Rise in the East", I think). Well... Apparently, they fixed it so that these fire arrows will only be shot once so you can't get them anymore... (They'll get shot and land before you are able to get into the spot and be hit).

So ye'h, was wondering... Can you still able to get them via GiveItem command on the PC or not?

I'm asking cause I manage to get these arrows on the Xbox version before they changed it and they were fun to use! I manage to give some to my follower who then had an infinity amount of them XD, you can guess the rest.
