I have a serious problem on my server, a very annoying player keeps coming back again and again. Everytime I see him i ban him, but keeps coming back. How it this possible. And yes he is banned permanently several times.

Yeah it is.

Unfortunately, the net result of this thread will likely be publish possible techniques for banned users to circumvent the system, so I have to lock it. I will ask around and send you a PM when I get more.
