Did a search and I can't find anything besides the Ancient Shrouded Cowl bug.

Hooded Thalmor Robes and Hooded Monk Robes' hoods so far don't show on my Khajiit's head.

Even tested to see if it was a mod issue.. it's not. The hood is missing, as is the top of my kitty's hair. Just like the Shrouded Cowl bug.

Any fix for this? Even player made fixes.. Finding robes that don't look like crap to begin with is difficult and I find hooded robes that look excellent(Hooded Thalmor) and the hood is bugged.

If playing as Argonian or Khajiit, the Ancient Shrouded Cowl can cause your Cowl to simply disappear, and your Argonian's horns and feathers will disappear as well.

Try to activate the Ancient Shrouded Cowl first and then your normal Shrouded Cowl. In some cases it occurs that you wear both of them at the same time, and now your Shrouded Cowl is visible.

As for the hoods: When worn by either Khajiit or Argonian the hood will lack a face cover regardless of gender. With Khajiit it may also remove certain hairstyles or accessories.
