At first, I saw npcs with white faces (I'm talking snow white) at a random time for no reason. I don't think loading helped.

I googled my problem and was told to do the following:

But the face and body textures are still not the same. There is a line on the neck thats separating them. I'm not sure which texture is wrong because they are similar shades.

Any helps, please?

Are you using any mods?

If not, do a game cache verify:

game cache:
1) Open Steam
2) Right click on Fallout: New Vegas
3) Hit Properties
4) Click the "Local Files" tab
5) Click on "Verify Integrity of Game Cache"
