On my latest playthrough I found myself considering Whiterun as my home town. I purchased Breezehome and moved in my two children. But then I found that the house was just too tiny for myself, Lydia and the two girls. The stairs were so narrow and steep that we were either knocking each other off them or having to wait in turns to use them.

Then there was that firepit...a completely open firepit with little room to manouver around it and two little children....a deadly accident waiting to happen! Then there was the lack of a complete kitchen. Well if you have used my Shezrie's Hearthfire Kitchens you know I like a full kitchen with lots of sorted storage. lol

Nope the house was just too tiny for a family and yet I love the city of Whiterun. So I set out to make myself a larger and more family friendly house and this mod is the result.

Features

* Full kitchen with labeled storage for every cooking ingredient, baking oven and a custom 'stove' I pieced together.

* Bigger bedrooms. The kids bedroom is now bigger and on the second floor, as well as Lydia's bedroom. Your bedroom is on the first floor.

*In the basemant is a full alchemy/enchanting room with again labeled storage for all your ingrediants.

* A relaxing pool.

* Also in the basemant is a full forge with ingot/ore storage. A forge, a smelter, a grindstone, a workbench. I didn't feel that such things should be in an unventilated area, especially the smelter, so I installed my version of a Dwemer ventilation system that draws off the heat and smoke. While yes there is a forge/smelter right next door at Warmaidens, I needed somewhere to store all my ingots/ore that was within reach while using the forge.

* Labeled storage throughout the house. Almost all storage is labeled and in it's natural and logical places that flow better, I feel. For example the bedroom contains all clothes storage, the kitchen all cooking ingrediants, the forge all ingots etc... There are also two storage closets with unlabelled storage.

* Down in the basemant is access to a tunnel that goes to a trapdoor right behind the Whiterun stables. This makes it much quicker for people that do not use fast travel, like myself, to nip down and catch a carriage. It also means that you don't have to make that long convoluted run up to the city gates to access the town. I was getting tired of doing that over and over....

* On the dining table are static plate and utensil sets. I made these static so food can be placed on them and removed.

* As with my Hearthfire Kitchens all the storage is empty. It is up to you to fill up your kitchen and other storage. I quite enjoy doing this as I actually have a reason to visit the markets and buy produce to fill up my kitchen. Rather then having everything already supplied. It makes the house feel more 'mine'.

* In the exterior I used the shack and a tower from Hearthfire and revamped only the island the original house was sitting on. I messed with as little of the exterior as possible to avoid conflicts and complications. I retextured the house and tower to 'blend' in with the rest of the Whiterun buildings and not stand out like a sore thumb.

* Choose your wall colour! (this is the 'plus 5')

I have uploaded various wall colour options so you can customise your Breezehome a little more to your taste and have something a little different. These files are complete Breezehomes themselves, they are not additional files to the original Breezehome or texture replacers. So pick which colour you want and download that complete file. This is because I had to change rugs and beds to suit the new wall colours so I altered each ESP. So far your options are....

Hunter Green
Warm Orange
Dark Blue
Light Blue
Dusky pink
