Hi, I am having a problem with my skills in Fallout New Vegas. After playing one of the DLC (Dead Money) I have realized that my aiming is terrible so I've checked what is the problem and found that all skills related to weapons that includes Explosives and Unarmed had gone to 0 but I thought it might be because of the addiction. So i have gone to doctor to cure me from my additions and it removed penalty from other skills such as Lock Picking and Science but the weapons are still on 0 and they should be on 100 (most of them) I've checked all Perks and each gun if it have effect like that but it doesn't and I have no idea what is causing this.

I hope someone can explain this to me asap
