I am going to start a new character based on a typical Dragonborn archetype - a Nord two handed warrior.

I have deadly combat and deadly dragons, and because of this I want to be able to rely on shouts to help me out as I don't think a standard two handed warrior will cut it. The problem is that shouts take too long to regenerate. I would like to decrease that significantly.

Is there a mod that doesn't conflict with things that decreases the cool down time for shouts? Perhaps even an enchanted item mod?

I would also like to speed up two hand attacks just a bit.

Is there anything out there for me?
