Whats your preferred playstyle?

Mine is either thief/assassin or a soldier, and not the noble soldier cliche, an evil SOB soldier. i've tried doing other builds but couldnt go through with them for some reason, especially the ones that involves magic.

So whats yours? and im not just talking about Skyrim, include all of the TES games you played.

In most TES games do I usually have main characters as Assassins or Nightblades, so I can say I am one for stealth also some magic is also included. I have trouble playing full on warriors, as it just gets rather boring for me. My characters need at least some magic just to have a variation of things.

My favorite build type is a mobile melee fighter. In Morrowind I used medium armor with shortblades and block. In Skyrim I use one-handed, block, light armor, and basically whatever else I feel like. I have recently started using a magic based character a lot. Burning everything to death and playing with their minds can be very fun too.

A spellsword probably.

Also do skill books work again if you use legendary?

My first character in each TES game is always a 2-Handed Light Armor warrior, so I guess that would be my preferred playstyle. After that first character is finished I begin branching out into other playstyles.

Mine is a warrior with an axe and shield. Heavy armor. Sometimes I'll throw restoration in there and make a "paladin" even though my characters are not goody goods. I throw enchanting in there as well.

Nearly always warrior related. I'll wear Heavy 95% of the time and I'll usually be a Sword (or axe) and Board character.

Sneaky archer, although I have no character currently using that playstyle, my main character is currently trying to get destruction and one handed to 100. And all the other character have different playstyles.

I usually play a 2 handed warrior and prefer heavy armor mostly for aesthetics. My favorite thing about this play style in this game is that it works well with only 2 hotkeys...I barely ever have to pause

I like to vary my playstyle a bit after a time, I do like the Bow though, and Sneak, and varying my tactical play. I sometimes focus on exploring, sometimes on Alchemy, or questing, anything I can think of as a bit of a change.

I always liked warriors most. It's more engaging and usually quicker than rogues and mages.

Heavy weapon, heavy armor, and heavy slow moving character.

Two-handed spear or sword, heavy armor, and a bow or crossbow. No sneaking.

I usually prefer to play as a typical warrior/knight type and depending on the character or playthrough, I sometimes throw in some mage qualities, more often when I play as a female character. Also, if it's a male character, usually I go with heavy armor. Light armors and some clothing for females.

Assassins are pretty sweet too. I might go with that for my next character.
