When I read about Cyrodiil as it was presented in many in-game books and out-of-game sources, I always imagined this land as full with gods, mortals revered as ones, mythical figures of greater or smaller prominence, and so on. Just like Rome of old, where Romans believed in thousands of various spirits. Some of this beings are very important for everybody - like Eight Divines - there are spirits more obscure then the greater ones, like Shezzar, some of them also hold special place in hearts of Cyrodiils, like Tiber Septim/Talos or Reman I Cyrodiil. My question is, who do you think can be also revered as a godlike something, hero-god, you know what I mean? Saint Alessia, Morihaus-Breath-of-Kyne, of this we know, but who else? Reman II I would imagine (there is even something about him in this manner on Temple Zero), maybe prince Juilek Cyrodiil, some emperors of the Septim line, like, Pelagius the First, Uriel I and Uriel V, Pelinal Whitestrake, and so on.
Also, didin't that surprise you that White-Gold Concordat banned worshipping Talos and left cults of, let's say, Reman Cyrodiil or Alessia untouched, or at least so it would seem...?
