I've joined the college with my current character and decided to get Brelyna as a follower so I helped her with her practice. She cast the first spell on me and said "Oh, thats not right. Your not suppose to turn green." or something like that. She says wait for a few hours for the effects to wear off.

Thing is its been two days and since and there is no dialog prompts to continue her experiments which I know include a list of animal transformations to which point she gives up and you can take her as a follower.

Anyone else had problems with her?

I once had that happen. The misc quest stayed in the log. You'd have to reload a previous save.

I checked for any effects from her spell and it shows it wore off.

Just reload if it still looks green and then it will probably go as normal. With me it seemed to happen right when she was still talking, maybe you didn't wait for her to stop talking before you waited?

You didn't wander off and leave the Hall while waiting for the effect to wear off, did you?

no. I waited for her to finish talking. Whats weird is I don't think I turned green but that could be due to the mods I run for skin textures.

But when she was done talking I went to the bed and slept in it for 4 hrs, no luck. waiting 10 hours, no luck. She just stands there reading a book and saying "I could really use some more help if your willing." but there is no dialog option for me to say I would like to let her continue. I then waiting 24hrs twice and no change.

loaded my previous save and didn't have any issues. Maybe she didn't hit me with the spell the first time but the dialog happened. I noticed this time around my screen had more of a green tone then it had before.

Anyway... got her as a follower now. First step, removed that hood of hers.
