I want to build a realistic world. recommendation?

Hello, I am a heavy modder who, however, hates god items and demigod companions. I want to build a world in my skyrim that feels very realistic and plausbile, espeicially in terms of survival and combat. I want my gameplay feel more like flim-ish(not flimsy!), in other worlds, deadlier combats and exploration.

Could you please recommend me mods that would befit the followig conditions?

1. deadly traps. My lvl 50 charcter with maximum armor rating and maximum magic resistance can run through all traps without taking 1/10 of hp hit, and I hate that. I wish traps could kill or seriously injure me regardless of my level.

2. extremely high damage output/deadlier combat. I want to avoid having to swing my sword 50 times to kill an enemy. I would rather both my character and the emeny deal much higher damage output, so combats can be deadlier with magic or sword. I want to be literally MELTED by dragon fire in 5 sec if I do not drink fire resistance potions, I want to lose 1/4 of my HT if an attack was not blocked or evaded.

3. more stationary levels of enemies. I want to feel threatened by bandits in early levels and crush them in later levels.

4. more and deadlier enemies. Like MMM mod back in Oblivion.

Requiem contains most of that. It will relentlessly punish you if you're not prepared. The most realistic combat mod out there is Duke Patrick's but I think it may conflict with Requiem which already overhauls the combat mechanics.

For less leveled content, I think Requiem already affects that. If you choose to play without Requiem, there are several options. You could get SkyRe and use the Encounter Zones module (you can even play that without the main SkyRe modules AFAIK). Alternatively, the same mod author also has a "WTF" variant which randomizes the minimum levels for the world's zones, so you'll never know how difficult a place is.

For enemies there are many great mods out there, and even better is that most of the big ones are fairly compatible with eachother! I use Skyrim Immersive Creatures, Monster Mod V2, High Level Enemies, Organized Bandits in Skyrim, and then applied the ASIS tool on all of them (an external patcher which randomly adds additional NPCs to encounters, distributes perks to them and lets them drink potions).
