I was thinking of getting some mods for fallout 1 and mabye even fo2 but then i was thinking about making my own. Is it possible? If so how do i do it and any tips for it would be appreciated.

It's possible to mod Fallout 2, but it's not a very flexible thing to work with.

Your best bet is to look up some guides at NMA-fallout.com and check out their modding message board
