this game tailored towards player with Asperger's?

Well I have Asperger's, and that makes me very compulsive and detail oriented. In other words, I'm a perfectionist, and go for a completely perfect playthrough, regardless of triviality. Who else does that?

You can do whatever you want, however I feel its always best to do things your character would do. It doesn't make sense to join every guild possible.

Whatever floats your boat.

I think roleplaying games in general tend to attract this type of personality. We tend very often to be the kind of person who spends hours obsessively arranging inventories or hours getting an appearance to look "just right," or starting over because we picked the 'wrong' class, ect.

I don't want to know how many hours I spent obsessively moving items around the inventory grid in the original Dungeon Seige. There was a button that would do this for me but I actually enjoyed doing it myself. There was something bizarrely satisfying to me about rearranging my inventory in that game. I hated to loot anything after I had finished doing this because new items in my inventory "ruined" everything. It wouldn't be long before I would have to stop and rearrange my inventory again.

I actually had more of a problem dealing with my perfectionism in past Elder Scrolls games. I was constantly feeling that I had made a mistake in making a custom class and having to start over to get my character's class skills and Birthsign "just right."

No, I would disagree. You can easily play a character type that only hits one or two factions at a time or even none if you want.

And even leading a faction can easily become aggravating for someone like myself who is a perfectionist type since being the leader is completely illogical and unfulfilling. You don't provide direction to your faction but have to rely on it as a quest mine, this is not being a leader but a flunky.

You can't decorate your home with items easily as it's an aggravating chore which you have to jump through hoops to exploit and I gave it up for that reason.

Those are just two examples of why I think someone detail oriented could easily be put off by the game.
