Ok so heres my problem i just installed the 1.9 patch for skyrim and my alchemy is lol 100 with all positive perks and my enchantment is lvl 80 with all 5 enchanter perks and a few others but when I got to make a fortify alchemy and smithing enchantment or any others really it will give me + 1% even if I use a fortify enchantment potion I was getting + 11 then it just dropped can anyone help.

Maybe you need a bigger soul gem.

I tried that but it makes no difference

may be a stack overflow, but that would be the first time I've ever seen this.

Try increasing your Enchanting to 100, Resetting it by going Legendary, and see if that helps.

Thanks for the tip ill try that. Don't know why I didn't think of it.

Which enchantments are you trying? What happens with fortify health?
